Sit and Fit Class exercise

  • Improve mobility and range of motion
  • Increase strength and flexibility
  • Develop coordination through fun movement with music
  • Prevent falls and improve balance

Class Format*: Seated exercises with optional standing work. Will use Pilates equipment such as bands, balls, foam rollers and rings as well as stretching and relaxation.Classes are wheelchair accessible.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW STAFF!!

Arlene Yang is a Physical Therapist with 20 years of expertise in Neurological Conditions. We are very excited to have her here with us! For more on Arlene, visit her bio page.

Wendy Samuels is a Certified Pilates Instructor with 12 years of experience, as well as a certification in yoga. Her knowledge will be a valuable asset to Bodyscape.

Katie Rath is a Physical Therapist with a specialty in Orthopedic Conditions, and a USC grad. She will be here beginning October 4th!! We are very happy to have her!
