Then try one of our virtual online classes taught by our seasoned instructors who have decades of experience in teaching movement and can modify exercises for those with chronic conditions or recovering from injury.

Sit & Fit Intermediate with Daphne

Wednesdays 9:30am - 10:30am

Full body workout utilizing a high-back chair (like a dining room chair). Includes cardio drills, strengthening with weights, stretching, standing strength and balance.

Props needed: High-back chair, theraband, small hand weights.
